Teaching by Lama Lena on Precious Human Rebirth

For this meeting we will be listening to a recorded teaching by Lama Lena. We will start with opening prayers, then 24 minutes of meditation, listening to teachings and end with the closing prayers. Meetings usually last a bit more than one hour (though can go longer - you may leave early if needed)

About the event
Our meetings begin at 7:30pm. Please show up a few minutes early (10 minutes) to situate yourself and, if needed, receive guidance on how to do the meditation posture (chairs are also provided for those who do not want to sit on the floor).
