Family Night at the BBMG this coming Monday! This week, Mateo will give an introductory talk on the Four Immeasurables where he will explain the practices of (1) loving-kindness; (2) compassion; (3) sympathetic joy; and (4) equanimity, which make up the foundation of Buddhist heartfulness practice.
